Default Kia Sedona breaks down in the middle of freeway

The van is only a few months old has about 3500 miles and the engine just
stopped running without any warning signs on I-10 somewhere between New
Mexico and Arizona.

She had the van towed to the Kia dealership in Tempe (Tempe Kia) where it
has been for over a week. The dealer would not give her a rental car or
reimburse her for her towing expenses and the taxi to go home.

Her husband has taken several days off to take care of the car issue
(without success). This van has turned into a nightmare for her and her
deepest wish is to get rid of it.

I am writing this report to warn other potential KIA customers and let them
know what they can expect if buying one of their products.
