Why did you post about; "No new Refineries?"

By the way, Dave, I retired from that Last Refinery Built. Was designed
as 40,000BBL/Day. When I retired in 1984 it was doing 100,000 BBl/day.
When my Son retired, from the same refinery in 2000 it was doing
140,000BBL/Day. That was without any permits to enlarge the Refinery.
Did have to get permits to increase Docks to handle increase of
thru-put.
