Coast Guard Vessel Engaged in handling or servicing an aid to
navigation.
Pilot 80.33a

Reduce speed when passing, and within 200' speed not over 5mph.

Yeah Joe,

There're also most likely flying on a "Black Bottom" Vessel with a Red
Diagonal stripe.
