Predicts good chance of failure beforehand and identifies shortcomings:
http://www.cooperativeresearch.org/e...an_schwarzkopf Norman disapproves of Rumsfeld: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6708495/ Even mo http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6711952/ Lies? http://www.aljazeerah.info/Opinion%20editorials/2002%20Opinion%20editorials/August%202002/Schwarzkopf's%20views%20on%20Iraq.htm Well! Look at that! 2 consecutive Mid-East theater Commanders (Schwartzkopf and Zinni) critcizing Rumsfeld. When the next guy retires will he be critical too? Why does Bush keep assigning all those Liberal, traitorous generals to the Mid-East? Is it like he's stupid or something? But the Bushbots press on. Wait for the new and improved Congress this November! Glory! |

involuntary extensions of tours of duty were frustrating to soldiers." He said " Iraq must have a functioning independent government before U.S. troops leave." If John says so....so do I Joe |

The difference between him and McCain is that he didn't loose his aircraft and hence didn't have to spend time in prison. In short, my boss was a success while McCain was a failure. I wouldn't necessarily vote for my boss for president, much less McCain. |
