It was apparently as factual and accurate as any account of the man. It was
based on the written account of one of his closest crewmen who lived to tell
the tales. It was interesting, if a bit downplayed from the popular
misconceptions about the pirate. Unfortunately storms rolled in and I lost
my satellite feed at the very end.

Model number was the Bluenose built on Moorons island for 35,000
dollars. She won a few races.

Model number 2 is the American ship Gertrude L. Thebaud.

In 1930, the Bluenose accepted a race challenge in Gloucester, USA, to
compete against a new American schooner, the Gertrude L. Thebaud,
captained by Walters' old rival, master sailor Ben Pine. This time, the
Bluenose lost two out of three races, resulting in absolute jubilation
amongst the New Englanders.

So the American model number 2 is hotter!

LOL !!!!! I knew you were going to be ****ed about his treatment of his
wife. Of course she would have been well advised to 1) not marry the
******* in the first place, knowing his past history, 2) not abuse him
verbally in the presence of others, and 3) not have left with him when he
was ****ed off. Three strikes and you're out. Playing with fire generally
gets one's fingers burned.

What they didn't tell you was that his ex-wife ultimately found the pirate's
life to her liking. She became anyman's wench and a bit of a scoundrel
herself. She was reputed to have killed several captives in cold blood.
