This weekend?

We are planning on being in the boat parade thru the Kemah cut and
toss beads to the crowds on restaurant row. Then out for a few hours on
the bay if the weather is nice.

I'll have to see what the wife has for me to do this weekend. Where
would we get the beads?

Incidentally, are you the "real" Joe, living-aboard RedCloud? I'm a
little confused, since there seem to be several on the ng claiming to be
RedCloud.

We have a big grocery sack full of beads we all collected in Galveston
a few years back, going to recycle them. Many places on-line sell them
in bulk.

It's amazing what you can get the masses to do for a little trinket
when they are drunk :0)

Word is we might get another strong N, breeze... if so I may not be
able to get out of the marina. We were sitting hard on the bottom on
this side of the lake the weekend you were offshore in the Benny.
