Yes, but wasn't it a great tongue in cheek sendup to Hollywood's latest

Even Gene Shalitt didn't buy into it...he said that although there
was some good invidual acting, the premise that it should be
predestined because of its' "political correctness" was a ridiculous
attempt on Hollywood's part...
