Your right! It's on full plane! The hull speed for that thing is about 7.5
knots isn't it?

If the wing on the keel was any larger, it would be a hydrofoil!

It is not planing. There is still a large bow wave. Planing, by
definition, is when the boat has climbed over its own bow wave.
