Same here. I don't recall anyone skiing it back then, at least no one I knew. Today however there is almost no limit to what folks will try. The accessible approaches to Quandary's summit are seriously steep, IIRC. It's been a while. Max Quandary to the NE is a big ramp. Real popular for helicopter skiing. I've skied it about 4 times.
