A record year to be remembered for sure. And it aint over yet, several
time hurricanes have formed in Dec even after the offical end Nov

Sure hope not. Normally, only 5 % of hurricanes reach Cat. 5 status.
Three storms, Katrina, Rita, and Wilma, reached Cat. 5 this year. Besides
the record quantity, it was the record quality. ;-(

Damn you! I have to come out of lurking for this one.

I find it Ironic that global warming is causing these Hurricanes. GWB
refused to sign the Kyoto agreement on reducing emissions. So mother nature
sent a **** load of Hurricanes in, to blow the crap out of his oil rigs.
ahhh.. Justice...

Dubbya ain't that important..... the combined output of third world
countries far surpass any signature of the current Kyoto Protocols. Canada
signed and has done nothing so far but point fingers at the USA for not
signing. It wouldn't matter who signed on since the jobs would be moved to
places that didn't adhere to the regulations.

One global government is the only solution... so I hereby announce my
candidacy for Grand Supreme Ruler of the Planet Earth!! In one year I'll
turn complacency into compliance!
