Wonder why the weapon has to produce gas to form a bubble?, I can get a
propellor to cavitate without a source of gas.

Don't Know Scout,

Steam is also another form of water where H & O are still in combination
an low pressure can create a form of vaporization. You tell me.

Barometric Pressure variations are do to water vapors in solution with
Air and water(H2O) is a Vapor(gas).

I don't know or do I give a ****.

Scout,

We have a Great QB out here maned Jake Locker. Still to young for the
Pros.

He just got his knee hurt Saturday in a High School play off but it
looks like it wasn't to bad. They have been able to stabilize it.

He is one of the Top 5 picks in the Nation. He has already declared for
the Univ. of Washington.

Scout, McNabb should go under the Knife and have the repair done NOW.

Let Tilfer finish this year. I do believe it's over for the Eagles.

Cavitation is caused by low pressure. It is not a chemical
reaction/reduction but a form of phase change.

The low pressure environment occurs because the water, as a liquid, cannot
move fast enough to fill in the void left by the projectile/blade/etc. The
resultant void is filled by water in the gaseous form. The gaseous water
then takes times to undergo a phase change to liquid.

Water is an odd molecule because of its polar nature. It has a bonding
force with other water molecules, called hydrolysis, which creates the high
surface tension and unique density variations with temperature. It also can
cause cancer.

Failed chemistry?

Water is a molecule that is mainly a covalent (very strong) bond of
Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Any 'separation' requires a lot of energy! Bubbles (eg. cavitation) is
gaseous water, and not hydrogen gas or oxygen gas.

However... feel free to whip together some hydrogen and oxygen - there
are easier ways to get water, believe me.

PS: ever wonder why you can't breathe water (given it consists of one
third oxygen)? Ans: there is no oxygen (modecules) (or hydrogen
molecules for that matter) - in water. It's a molecule of *water*.

To the best of my knowledge that's not correct. Fish don't breathe
water either - they breathe the small amount of dissolved oxygen that is
present in the water.

PS: Fish Human either.
