Gee, do you think he was lying? Sorry, Doug. What info would you like. Owner's name is Arthur Rodriguez (check SP) and he just turned 73. He was indeed about Turner's winning boat in 79. He's currently living in the St. Petersburg area and owns a Tartan 10. I'll find out the boat name if you like. I'm flying down to see him again on the 19th. I was able to find a couple of crew pics online and, while he's quite a bit younger, I recognised him. I also have a pic of him on his/our 35s5 taken a few weeks ago if you'd like to see that. To his credit I've never seen anyone look after a boat the way he does. Both are kept pristine and ship shape. RB 35s5 NY |

There are only 2 in Florida and neither are owned by a man with that name; nor are there any in the other 49 states; nor can I find any T-10 race results that I can find with that name. Of course, that merely shows that your claims cannot be verified... is anybody surprised? Does it *prove* you are lying? No. It's a small world Bubbles, far too small to tell lies on the internet. Especially lies that are so easily checked on. But this is why I think you're stupid- you've seen other people tripped up, and you haven't learned. To his credit I've never seen anyone look after a boat the way he does. Yeah, I'll bet so. BTW how about giving some investment tips from your "very nice" stock portfolio? DSK |
