I have to admire those Kiwi's. A country
full of sailors. What could be better?

I could see myself living in Aukland.

If you get out that way, let me know. I have a couple of friends who live
there. Have you been there before?

Yes. Well, not to Aukland. I explored
both the South and North Islands a bit and
saw everything but Aukland. I always figured
I'd visit as some point and do a charter there.

I actually thought about buying some property
there for a while.

I found the people pretty nice. I liked the North
Island the best, in particular the wine country,
Napier.

Yeah but way to much wasted space. It's like bubbles sugar scoop gone
mad.

The swabbies would stumble off the stern.

Would be fun for racing, but that about it.

That's what one of my friends did... bought some land on an island. I can't
wait to go back for a visit. I never did get to the South Island.

Gee, Joe...do you think anyone would consider her primarily a racer?
You have the brains of a dead cat.

The builder says "The large cockpit is ideal for both racing and
cruising yet provides ample room below decks with three double cabins,
two with ensuites, great galley , navigation and entertaining area. The
dinette comfortably sits 8 for exquisite dining.

So it's a heavy racer...or a weak cruiser have your choice. Your brain
is smaller than a dried pea.
