This is his goal. His win,
win technique. He keeps his own score his own way. ASA be damned as
long
as he isn't ignored.

Quite right, Thom. But most of the folks here have been "trained" by me
and they simply can't resist responding to my posts, no matter how
obvious they are. They aren't my rules, because Neal and others were
doing it before me. When I 1st came here I fought with Neal and sided
with the "good" sailors.
Boy was that boring! This is far more fun! None of you can be sure of
anything, not even of the boats I sail or where. And yet I OWN this
group lock, stock and barrel. Frankly, Thom, you may be old and wise
enough to see it clearly, but this has not made you immune. That's even
more amusing because we've conversed off this group and you have a
grasp of this act, yet you're still willing to play the game. Why? Do
you feel these idiots require your support? They'll never learn, Thom.
And we're talking about 7 or 8 people that I tease and play with...not
exactly something that will have me recorded among the classic villains
of history.
BTW, Bart and I have spoken on the phone. He's a nice guy. The act
drops for real life....but this isn't real life, Thom. And Yoda help
you if you think it is.

When you first came here you fought with EGordon873 who so thoroughly
humilitated you that you've never been able to recover from the beating.
You started out a kick boy and you remain a kick boy.

Owning ASA at this particular time is like owning a Beneteau 35s5 -
hardly worthwhile . . .

Thom has forgotten more about sailing than you will ever learn. You
pontificating to Ole Thom is about as funny as it gets. I'd rather own
Thom's boat than a pretend boat like the Beneteau 35s5. At least I'd
feel safe aboard Thom's boat . . .

Seven or eight people are about all that remain because the rest have
tired of reading your lies and seeing your rusty hooks.

It might not be real life but it's definitely YOUR life. Don't you see
how pathetic that makes your life?

See what I mean, Thom? And we KNOW for a fact that this guy actually
lives on one of the saddest sailboats ever built...which rarely leaves
it's hook.

Actually, you have a bad or selective memory. Gordon got his ass kicked
by everyone INCLUDING you after claiming he hoisted sail in 50 knots of
squall. And not long after that, poor Ed was gone. I also surgically
removed Dr. Armpit and a few others. Most of the others got bored, but
when I left this group for a whole summer it just about died.
I'm the life of this group. Claim what you like, but that's a fact. And
you know it!

Robert B
Beneteau 35s5...a far, far better boat than Neal's, but then so was my

But, please consider that a better boat that is never sailed can never be
in the same league as a lesser boat that is sailed frequently and used
constantly.

To you a boat is a hobby, to me a boat is a way of life. Big difference!

You can be proud of ruling ASA but I'm am prouder to rule the waves.

But this is based on WHAT? For all you know I'm aboard a boat right
now. I could also be in a wheelchair in a home for the criminaly
insane. You call me a liar when my statements upset ot challenge you,
then choose to believe me when I offer info that supports your
position. In the end you have nothing, know nothing and so my "winning"
nature cannot be disputed.
Then again, no one has posted more pics of thier boat under sail than
me. NO ONE. So perhaps you all are in wheelchairs in a home somewhere.

Only if you're having as much fun as I am, Neal...which we can only
guess at. Remember...I have a beautiful wife, an amazing son and a
wonderful sailboat to share with them.

Have a look at our little Halloween fireman! Even you have to admit
he's pretty darn adorable!

Hey Nutsy,

"Thomas, the Fireman" how much, as you say, is make believe?

Nice Picture!! I like the background in focus.

Is he a for real or a picture like shackles on a cleat? (smile)

You get tripped by your own rule kind of often.

Careful. Don't you remember how some foster parents had their
kids taken away from them because they had cages like yours
there in the background around their kids' beds?

Hoisted or sailed? Hoisting might be a bit difficult....... but sailing
wouldn't be! Hoisting certainly wouldn't be impossible.... unless you were
in a back bay fin keeler designed for light air! :-)

Say What?? I got 30 pictures of my boat sailing on webshots alone. The
Nordica site has more.... My boat has even been featured in 2 sailing
articles in magazines. The difference is some of my photos show no nearby
land and some even show a spinnaker up.

No offense but flying a spinnaker on a crab crusher is tantamount to
flying the Jolly Roger on a bathtub.

If you were a true aficionado of heavy displacement yachts you
would have downwind twin gennys poled out.

Rusty,

Don't you live in Connecticut? The tax assessor information on your property
in Vermont says you live in CT.

How did you get to Pennsylvania?

You'll be in lava soon!

Amen!
