Though pretexually written as if in the present tense ("folks are checking"), the link provided is actually to no more than a reference by just one person who, substantially more than two years ago (in May 2003) said he was "looking into" a (then) contemplated (fantasized?) lawsuit. The only actually significant element of the above posting therefore appears to be that it does not include a report to the effect that any such lawsuit was ever brought (let alone certified as a class action much less concluded in the plaintiffs' favor). |
