its that time of year again to be sure you have plenty of Sun screen on
hand, I try to use at least a 30 but I am fair skinned and spend more
time on the water than I should.

My dermitologist suggested SPF 40 if at all possible. You can also use
clothing that has sunscreen built in. Good sunglasses are also extremely
important.
