Can someone please explain this breaking wave. Was this a high wind/fast
tidal flow phenomenon or does this often occur under the GG bridge??? Too bad they lost the boat, but it also looks like they could have avoided the standing wave area. Yes, this happens under the GG bridge in the south tower area fairly
frequently. Sometimes it also happens near the north tower, but the waves don't generally break as it's deeper on that side. They could have and should have avoided this. All it take is a bit of common sense. More later. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Ed" wrote in message news:k8H5e.14026$g65.12139@attbi_s52... Can someone please explain this breaking wave.
