The capers and olive's get it a salty sea flair. That why I calls them
sailing martini's. RedClouds bow is quite high but on a wide reach
sometime the wake spray is enough to properly salt a martini, in that
case I only use one caper.

With a remote autopilot control, an icebucket, shaker, 2 glasses and a
moonless night you could have a perfect sail.
