The BIG difference being Gantz didn't import outside help as Neal did.
That was a huge FU on his part. Even the imported guns told he and LP

He was WRONG!!! I do believe he knows it. I don't think he did it on his
own but he did let it happen and he knows it was wrong.

Neal is not the type of person to ask other to do his dirty work. Why
should he? With all his "SOCK PUPPETS" he can use them and act innocent.
