It's not difficult at all, especially for the lower level license. There are
plenty of local instructors who do it as a community service for a nominal
fee.

how long, and what does involve ...
getting a license....and, for a pilot,
sometimes we are requested to show
a radio operators license...(ie: flying into
mexico)...what and where does one get
one of these??...
