Looks like I will be moving to Prospect (Cedar Court) at the end of
March.....

Just missed being your neighbor by 2 days..as the house sold before
mine.....

Can you get me some info on the Bay Landing...I called several times but
can't get a guy named "Jamie" to call me back....

I need a place to keep my seaswirl for the summer.....also a place were I
can lunch my solo dinghy.

I still have my mooring in Terence Basin...as I did not sell it with my
house......

I want to keep it......... as the basin is sheltered enough to tech my
daughter Oceana (3 years) to sail this summer...

Anyway give me a shout as I lost your number......... and hope to have a
drink with you soon....

Sounds good... Cedar Court is a pricey place but very nice.I believe the
houses start at a half million and up. My brother lives in that area.
Regarding the Bay Landing... don't worry, if you have cash he'll make room
for you.

Got a hold of Jamie....it's $625 w/taxes for the slip for the
season.....That sound right?...or is he cashing in on a newbie?

He really does not know what a cash cow he has here.....as I will be using
any excuse to sit at the bar :)

That's about right.... it's $300 a year for a mooring.
$10/ft for storage.
He'd be making way more money if he managed it properly.

Where do you plan to keep it this summer?

I guess the Baylanding has some sort of sexual assault on...as when
searching for "Baylanding" that's all that was coming up.....

I wonder if the government could close it for the summer?

I was thinking of paying for the slip this week......to get a good spot.
