Did I say accuse him was wasting it?

I just think that if they're going to spend taxpayers money on going out
for pizza, they ought to drop some by.

Thats nothing. While working in the oilfield I had a company use our
boat to deliver bait to a rig. Over 6000 dollars total delivery cost
for a 20 dollar box of cigar minnows.
