It's the arrogance that really shocks me in this video more than her
ignorance, per se.

Here she is being interviewed by a CANADIAN journalist (who politely
corrects her factual error about something as obvious as troop
deployment in Vietnam) and she still has the gall to say "I'll get back
to you".
