The Power of Steel

Did ya know the average American consumes 947 pounds of steel a year.

Guess I snatched away a few years of a good thing from you plastic,
resin glass wussies. Back to fillin your blisters, spider cracks and
rott, and mushy spots..but make sure anything on your boat that needs
to be tough... is made of steel.

Rust never sleeps

Also, once you learn how to sail well enough to avoid bashing your boat
against things, the usefulness of a steel hull is diminished.

You need serious help.
It figures you would turn a national statistic on the cousumption of
steel into your gay warped anal sex fantasy world.
Sad....sad indeed...

Jon has to gay up everything...

Not all fiberglass boats ever get blisters. Relatively few, in fact.

I never bash anything,

Really? How about all those political posts where you bash your head?

Ha ha ha ha. Lasers at twenty paces....

You have a heck of an inferiority complex, Joe. Maybe there's a reason?

Your steel vessel will become a pile of iron oxide long
before my GRP vessel turns to dust. GRP is forever.

I dunno. I have a friend that had a steel boat, a Brewer actually, which he
sold for one reason-rust. Steel is sooooooooo last century.

Hell, even these professionals prefer the plastic.
