Nestle will pay millions no matter what. For starters, the use of his pic
without pay is a violation and he's entitled to compensation for that.
In addition to that, a model, uncredited and unaware of such usage, will have
lost potential jobs and earnings. He was never able to capatalize on the "fame"
element of the label.
Finally, there's the simple back-pay element. He was the "face" of the product
for years.
Nestle should have offered him 5 million or settled for the 8. They were really
stupid. Good for him!
