Cheeky - "Eee you cheeky monkey" was what my mother said to me all the time
when I was a kid. Cheeky means you are flippant, have too much lip or are a
bit of a smart arse! Generally you are considered to be a bit cheeky if you
have an answer for everything and always have the last word. My licence
plate on my MX5 (Miata in American) was CHEEKY, which most Texans thought
was something to do with bottoms - wrong!!

Joe are you really that helpless or just incompetent?

Ahhh, Thanks for the info Gilligan. I thought it had to be something
like that. The offer was around 25% of what I expected. He was indeed
Cheeky.

He was a bit embarrassed about his offer, but it was the best that he
could
do ..... (or maybe he was just a good negotiator).

Thanx... I thought it might mean something like a braggart or big shot and
we might have another name for Bob... but we all know Bob don't Bluff like
Billy do.
