It is upsetting him and making caring for him very difficult.

In a sense of charity I will refrain from any other mention of a
"****head" who is known to the internet by two letters. The same letter
repeated twice. ( Two different letter are beyond his mental capacity at
this time!) Maybe after more intense treatment that will change.
