I wonder what happened to Suzy? Joe think i'm bringing my boat to the hudson river this year gf. |

ASA has troubles,
Nutsy with a Pig's heart and a Bird's Brain. Now all he needs is Neal's Horse's Ass. |
He'll **** West System epoxy when he sees my new boat that I'm bringing home
Saturday. It's a shorter waterline than his (if he ever gets it) new C&C 34R or + or whatever it is and it's newer, faster and better looking. S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" "Trains are a winter sport" |

Put it on the Hudson, and it seems like you're looking mainly at destinations up-river. Mai oui! Go far enough you can get to Lake Champlain, from there on to the St. Lawrence, turn left travel upriver about 200 miles and you're at my place. Cheers Marty CS 27 |

yes i agree.
i'm debating.........was made an offer i can't refuse and given that the city pier is 1 block down the streetfrom work/home, combined with how much i have not used the boat in the last 2 years........well that adds up to moving onto the hudson :) city island is a great place. i've been sailing out of there for 10 years now and you are correct it is a good starting point for eastbound long island sound. if i move my boat to the river it adds a day each way for a trip thru the sound. what the heck. have you ever sailed around ny harbor. its something you will most likely not forget. a great exprience. I've thought about it from time to time, but it seems to me that City Island would be a better starting place because of the destinations within reasonable reach from there. (Presently I keep my boat in Old Saybrook, which puts a lot of good places within range.) Put it on the Hudson, and it seems like you're looking mainly at destinations up-river. |
I ate him.

keep going another 600-700 miles and you're at mine...

Hehee. The reason I asked is because I thought Bobsprit and BinBill had a
slip at City Island. Maybe they took their slips home and put them in their dresser. Have you ever ran into them at City Island?
