I suspect that you haven't is more a result of this: Women, (sailors and
otherwise) generally remain far away from Quasimoto types with bad
hygiene habits.

I look very female...older...but female...

Katy, I believe you. Since Neal hasn't seen a female sailor up close, it
would be reasonable to assume that he would be confused.
