The AJ Novick Group offers Anger and Stress Management Classes for
adults, adolescents, corporate executives, managers, couples, and
individuals. We know there has been an increased need for resources to
manage stress and anger. We are proud to offer classes that accommodate
busy schedules. We offer classes during weekdays, nights, and weekends!


We also offer a variety workplace management programs including on-site
corporate trainings, executive coaching, accelerated anger management
classes for managers and anger management classes for employees. Please

10 session minimum duration of anger management classes for mandated
referrals (no accelerated classes allowed for court mandated clients)
8 session anger management requirement for all PRYDE referrals
