Neal's Sail Report
We're waiting....

Keep waiting.
Sock puppets don't waste their time allowing those who can only live vicariously to live vicariously with those who sail and sail as a way of life. CN "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... We're waiting.... RB |

Why should I bother catering to losers?
I'm back and I know I'm back and, after all, that's what matters most to me. What you little pretenders think is none of my concern. I have, however, spent some time this summer sanding and painting my fine yacht. I've done everything from rubbing strake up including the cockpit. Perhaps I shall take some pics of my fine work and make a new page showing the professional job. I've even applied gold leaf tape and have added fine gold leaf "Coronado Yachts" plates. (At considerable cost to have custom made, I might add.) Right now, I'm on a temporary Wi-Fi connection that expires tomorrow but I can buy more time in the future if I care too. I do intend to update my site in the near future as it will be convenient to do so with this fast Wi-Fi connection now available in the anchorage. It's called the Beacon Wi-Fi network and is going in at Marinas all along the coast. http://www.findarticles.com/p/articl...mark2393734902 CN wrote in message ... BB,
I thought it over and yours is a reasonable suggestion. Therefore, I have added an update to the following page http://captneal.homestead.com/Captain.html Now maybe Booby will shut his fat yap! Nothing on it has changed since then, (I looked at it just before posting my challenge) and the real Neal is much too fastidious to overlook changing that date when updating the page. I even mentioned the date in particular, and it still didn't change. B - U - S - T - E - D BB wrote in message ... On 16 Nov 2004 11:25:48 GMT, (Bobsprit) wrote: Keep waiting. Thanks, for I am the one, the only, the original.
I may be off and on the Internet, probably more off than on. I'd rather be cruising. Thinking of buying a year of this Wi-Fi service. It's only 29 bucks a month with a year contract. I need to check if they are able to suspend it when I go off cruising. I'd balk at paying for months of something I could not use. Since they are doing it at marinas maybe they have some latitude with respect to this since there are many transients who would also balk at paying for a year of service while they could use it only from time to time. I'll telephone them in a day or two and see what options they offer. It's way too expensive to pay by the month. http://www.beaconwifi.com/frame.htm CN wrote in message ... Thanks. No cruise photos to post as I didn't take any. My digital camera broke down and I wanted to wait to buy a new one here in the States where they are cheap as dirt. I have a hard time with cameras and photos. I have almost a photographic mind and recalling places and seascapes is just as good or better than looking at some tiny photo it seems to me. CN |

Don't bother with Wi-Fi. Just motor away again.
