Nagging Lepercon IQ poll

We all have seen the discraceful desperat ranting of Donal IO poll.

He failed to mention:

That the IQ numbers were originally attributed to the book "IQ and
the
Wealth of Nations", though they do not appear in the current edition.
The tests
and data were administered via the Raven's APT, and the The Test
Agency,
one of the UK's leading publishers and distributors of psychometric
tests.
This data has been published in the Economist and the St. Petersburg
Times,
though this does not mean it should be taken as fact. Though the data
does correlate somewhat to IQ of students per state based on SAT/ACT
data,
though this would be biased for those that had completed a high school
education.

Someone has also taken 2000 census data on percentage of state
residents that have earned a college degree and used that to compare
the voting
in the 2000 election. Educational level does not correlate with IQ
well
enough to serve as a substitute for it.

There is *no* source presented for the IQ figures on that page. And a
spread of 94 to 113 is not a big leap in smarts.

In fact, the whole thing looks very much like somebody took the hoax
page for the 2000 election and simply substituted Kerry's name for
Gore's, not
even being clever enough to remove the references to 2000.

Until such time as the figures may be shown to be accurate, there's no
reason why anyone should take them seriously.

It is easy to see how the Nav, OZ, and Donal all think little of our
efforts to bring democracy to all of the middle east.

They are fed propaganda day and night from a twisted liberial lying
press. And they suck it up like babbies on a tit.

Jeezus H. Christ. I know it's considered bad etiquette on Usenet, BUT TRY TO
LEARN HOW TO SPELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your opinions will carry a little more weight if you don't appear to be an
ignorant, uneducated hick! There are several options you can use to check
spelling if your newsreader won't do it, one of which is to cut and paste
your post into a composition program like MS Word or Corel Word Perfect. Try
it. Puleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze.

Nice cut and paste from somewhere. You obviously didn't write it
yourself, except for the last paragraph, where there are suddenly the
high percentage of misspelled words, (notice I did not call them
typos, which would indicate sloppy typing) unlike the rest of it.

What's the matter? Is your I.Q. too low to allow you to write your own
material?

Joe, calm down!

All I said was that it was possible to prove that Bush voters were a bit
thicker than Kerry voters.

Some Bush voters have such a low IQ that they can't even spell "IQ".

Donal

Maybe so but at least the majority knew to work a butterfly ballot.
And if a few didn't, they were smart enough to not embarrass themselves
further by complaining about it.
