Bush took credit for identifying the problem with the flu vaccine, saying
"we took the right action and didn't allow contaminated medicine into our
country." But it was the British government, not the Bush administration,
that closed the factory and prevented the contaminated vaccines from
entering the United States.

Duh!

The US FDA has no authority in England. It can't close anything or fine
anything. England must enforce it own laws in its own country. Only someone
with an Imperialist Amero-Centered perspective would actually fall for this.
