and because zebra mussels don't care what they attach

Yes...if the water is warm enough...Lake MI never got much above 65 this
year....i did scrub away a couple of times with the scrub brush as far as I could reach...zebra mussels are not like your ocean mussels...they are very tiny...big ones are not as big as a thumb nail...and they are razor sharp so you have to be very careful of slicing yourself and getting an infection....
