Right, Loco, you dope! So if it doesn't have one TODAY then it doesn't have one
PERIOD. Getting one TOMORROW doesn't change the fact that it won't be rated
TODAY.
So, As I correctly stated, NOT ALL SAILBOATS have a rating!

And next you'll be saying that not all sailboats have sails.
