John Kerry had a headache and went to see a doctor.

After examination, the doctor said "Sen. Kerry, regular
people have two sides of the brain -- the right side and
the left side..." Kerry interrupted, "I know, of course, I have
two sides of brain."

The doctor continued, "Yes, Sen. Kerry, but your left side
has nothing right and your right side has nothing left."

Not that funny, not true, Bush is stupid.
