If anyone needs Meds it Johnathan, its odvious he is obsessed with

stressed over the rights of the enemy captured on a battlefield trying
to kill our troops. He thinks the captured enemy were sitting the
sideline selling Koolaid.
He thinks our military is to dumb to know who was trying to kill them.
He would rather give the enemy the benifet of the doubt then he would
the troops that are fighting to preserve and protect our country. He
reminds me of Jane Fonda and John Kerry.

I'll tell you right now, that if Kerry gets elected I will stand by
him during this time of war even thou he did not stand by his fellow
sailors and the other troops fighting in Vietnam.

It may be a big joke and political game to the johnathans of the
world, but I take seriously the threat we are now under and will
support the decisions of our commander and chief. We can not afford
another 911.

killing our troops.

He and his type IMO have turned a war against terrorist into a

Ever hear him support the troops that are at war with the terrorist?

got news for him. We are at war with people that would be glad to

because they need to know to prevent another 911 then so be it. If the
captured enemy is not given a lawyer and due process in a time of war
then so be it, thats better than them getting another chance to kill
another one of our troops in harms way. If you are offended at me

really ****es me off that he sits in a safe place and runs his mouth
in a way that if anyone listens can lead to another US troop getting
killed.

It's crystal clear he has never served in the military and hasent a
clue what it is like to see a fellow sailor killed trying to protect
him and his country. It's way past time we all support our president
and our troops no matter what political party you belong to. It's
odvious we are living in a very dangerious time and some people do not
have a clue even after seeing the 1000's of civilians die on 911.

Your major problem stems from semantics...today's terrorist could also be
defined as a revolutionary. By your definition, Palestinian's are all
terrorists...I'm certainly not for terrorism, but when a people is
oppressed, terrorism happens...in point of fact, the Irish under British
rule, the America's under British rule, India under British rule, the Middle
East under British rule, South Africa under British rule. So I suppose the
Zulu were terrorists? And the Kurds? And the Minutemen? Saddam Hussein is
not a terrorist. A dictator, yes. An evil man, yes. But he did not wage
the war on innocents outside his own country. He was very efficiently
"changing the mind" of the people Iraq. Genocide? Yes/ So then, call the
war what it is...an attack on a genocidal dictator. But don't call it
terrorism in Iraq and Iran. It just isn't.

Umm, Joe, you guys are holding a couple of our citizens without laying
charges and without bringing them to trial. If they did anything
illegal, *charge* them. If not, let them go.

As for the 'benefit of the doubt', why don't you just bring back
lettres de cachet and be done with it? Just watch out when the wind
changes - might be you on the inside looking out.
