and over again. Well, Ha, wrong again. Each boat at City Island is issued an
official black rubber stretchy thing to wrap the line around. Even though they
are the most lubberly thing in the world, the local city council just loves
'em!

I guess everybody in N.Y. knows nothing about boats. I've never seen people at
floating pier marinas use snubbers or what the dimwit calls "black rubber
stretchy things"
