Joe (AKA Josie) is now claiming that the theory of relativity allows for travel
back and forth through time. It's a PROVEN fact...even though light travel for
a human looks unlikely these days!
BLEEP!!! BLEEP!!! Gotta love Melody and the Bleep....turn up the volume,

Boobsie,

I never said back and forth in time.

If a crew left earth and traveled at the speed of light, time here on
earth would be different from time the crew lives in. BIG Difference.

The respective clocks may run at different rates but would any sequence of
events be different to the people on earth and the people traveling?

Did you know that time is latitude dependent on the surface of the earth?
Clocks at the equator run slower relative to clocks at the poles.

Good point! I was wondering if someone would mention this. Time is
also relative to gravity. A clock at the ground floor of a tall
building will run faster than a clock at the top floor. The gravity
at the equator is less than at the poles.

Pathetic Earthlings! No one can save you now!

"no nothing"

I've tried to "kill file" him, but half the people in this group doesn't
know how to post and make proper attributions, so the kill file becomes
meaningless...

And he doesn't get me in a stew...just playing with the boy...
