Default Boat In By Weekend

Had to run the jib halyard out to restring up the mast today (nicely washed
and not the stiff piece of rope it had once been) and checked with
Torresen's about the instruments on order. Seems Signet couldn't fix the
old knotlog, so we're getting a new one...we're hoping the transducer won't
have to be changed. Launch will be either tomorrow or Friday..water is
scarce in the boat yard so will probably spend Saturday doing the
"housecleaning" inside...I scrubbed pretty good before we put her up, but
there's still that veneer of grime that settles over the winter.

Did you end-for-end it?

Nothing a good vinegar washdown won't take care of

Glad to hear that your sailing season is under way!

Doug asked:

No...we were going to go up to the hardware to borrow one of those stringer
things but our mast is inconveniently wedged between another and we couldn't
access the proper area...so we handed the halyard to the yard and said
"string it".
