I just sold an old laptop not worth more than $50 for nearly $200.
The guy knew exactly what he was bidding on, even emailed me ahead of time, and then got into a bidding war with someone else. "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... I'm convinced. I don't through anything away anymore without checking ebay first. I bought a new computer on ebay and found that there was a big market for old software. Bingo. I bought a Davis Mk15 Sextant for 55 dollars on Ebay, then sold it on ebay for 111.00, which is more than what it cost new! As you said, there's a buyer for everything. RB |
