What's a Coronado in Florida worth?

The bargain of the century for some savvy sailor who
wants a good, solid yacht with a respectable turn of
speed. Somebody needs to bid it up, though, because
only a fool would part with it for 2.5K. It's easily
worth four times that.

Well step up to the plate buddy. Take this opportunity to move up. Just think
you'll be able to get rid of that hunch back.

A few weeks ago, I actually met a good looking single woman who owns a
Coronado - just like yours.
She liked it quite a bit. I was tempted to mention the great master mariner
who dwells in the keys, but decided not too. Next time I'll ask her if
she'sheard of the most famous Coronado sailor of all time.

So Neal's finally upgrading? At least we won't have to hear about his =
mauve upholstery anymore. Maybe next time he'll go the chartreuse =
route.

Good looking single woman who owns and sails
a Coronado 27? Please do mention me to her.

Give her my URL.

Pay attention, Katy. Larger is not necessarily upgrading.
And, I'm not the least bit interested in anything but
what I already sail.

Don't be fooled by the 'Bobsprit' mentality that seems
to think bigger is always better. As it stands my 27-footer
is at least twice the boat that 30-footer is by virtue of
fact that EVERYTHING concerning my boat is top of the
line and maintained to perfection.

Yup, I bet that boat hasn't even got a pipe inside it's boom.

Not if that boom is any example.

That's right Katy,

That 30 footer doesn't have an outboard hanging off the stern; it has a
rebuilt Atomic four inboard

It has a built in fuel tank instead of a unsecured gas can

It doesn't have a Jib sheet winch / with a bimini bracket in the way of
the the handle making a 360 degree rotation

It doesn't have a set of Hong Kong Bargain sails

It probably doesn't have a Cedar Bucket

It probably has proper docking lines

It doesn't have pipes in the boom

How in the world can they say it's ready to sail?

It doesn't have any of these top of the line items

What it does have is a bunch of large, unseaworthy windows -
just like your boat "Pneumonia", huh ole chap?
