Clinton of course, but it's not like he didn't try. Bush tried
too. He invaded a whole country and did no better at catching him. Bush has no right to claim credit for Saddam. All he has a right to do is crow about how he invaded Iraq, when he knew damn well there were no WMDs and no threat to US interests. Saddam was a bad guy, and we probably should have dealt with it, but there was no urgency like what Bush and his cronies proposed. "anonymous" wrote in message ...
