And just what "silly acroynms" have I used lately which have offended? (haven't
been on for awhile, so I haven't a clue) .... or is it that you are just some
ball - less wonder who knows he can't compete, so must try to come up with some
new ploy to try and save his non existant ego.

Since the basic subject being discussed is Neal's qualifications to be or have
a maritime license, based on his expertise shown in various areas of that
license, then if you take any ten other people, considered to be "laughing
stock" within the industry, he will either be at the top or bottom of the list,
depending on you're point of view.
