Pretty dumb the way they have it loaded. Any decent sized seas
and the masthead will be stuck right into the waves.

Duh! I guess they have otnmbrd or Shenn 44 as deck cargo
engineers on that ship.

You should look at a chart (that's a map to you) and figure out where
Portchester and Southampton are.
