Tasmania will be last. This is the least populated and most backward
state in Australia and that's just how I like it. I can sit in my
lounge room and shoot rabbits out the window if I want to, without my
neighbours saying a word. Just as long as I'm respectful of their
property boundaries and there are no stray bullets. I can buy/build a
sailboat and sail it anywhere I want without needing any paperwork at
all. I can put in a mooring for a boat and in a year or 2, maybe more,
they might find out and ask me to register it & pay a modest fee.

I love it here.

What the hell are we leaving to our children????


An empty wine cellar and a vacant mooring if I get my choice.....
