Thanksgiving fast.

Way to go Haggie! I like 'em thin, fit and able
to carry two, five-gallon jugs of water for
long distances.

Not being a 'lady' I can comfortably say I'm 5'5" 112lbs. right now. The
boys at the boatyard say I need to "beef-up" some. I usually gain about
10lbs. over the winter with all the good holiday food! Today we are having
a tequila brined turkey with pumpkin stuffing, black beans, mashed potatoes
'n gravy, tamales, and I'm not sure what else my DIL is making. The tamales
are my contribution as well as Mexican beer!

Of somewhere in the range of rates I'm supposed to be....

Peter Wiley November 28th 03 01:02 AM

175 cms, 75 kg, 81cm waist. I have to pass an Antarctic medical every
year to go south and a couple of the things they're real picky about is
BMI and abdominal obesity. Real hard to do emergency ops on obese
people - instruments tend to disappear into the fat and finding your
way about is a PITA. Blobfish would never pass the physical, let alone
the psych test.

Bobsprit has already started stuffing his fat face. But,
Bobsprit is a fat hog and typical ugly American while I
am still dieting and now weigh 166 pounds. I refuse to
allow the holiday season to make me become obese like
most of you here who value your fat stomachs and clogged
cardio-vascular system over your quality of life.

I have a little request. I would like all the regulars here
to post a reply with their height and weight. Those who
do not reply will be assumed to be obese. I bet I don't
get even a handful of respondents.

The only folks I know that tend to obsess about their weight are anorexics
and teenage girls. BTW, I know you probably can't cook a proper Thanksgiving
dinner on your boat, you can probably go to the local shelter and get a nice
meal, I'd be surprised if they turn you away. Happy Thanksgiving!
