No. You're fat head and ass.

That's pretty fat. You need a new doctor.

At 6'3 203 is excellent if you have some muscle mass. A body builder of my
height would weigh much more. As I said, I'm stronger by far than anyone

here.
I plan to add muscle up to the 215 mark, but perhaps you were refering to

my
"fat" biceps and tri's?

Not being a 'lady' I can comfortably say I'm 5'5" 112lbs. right now. The
boys at the boatyard say I need to "beef-up" some. I usually gain about
10lbs. over the winter with all the good holiday food! Today we are

having
a tequila brined turkey with pumpkin stuffing, black beans, mashed

potatoes
'n gravy, tamales, and I'm not sure what else my DIL is making. The

tamales
are my contribution as well as Mexican beer!

....ladies never share their weight in mixed company...heck, Mr Sails has
never even known what I weighed even when I was sob-weight during my

smoking
years....BTW, a person can diet and still enjoy traditional

Thanksgiving..I
am preparing a breast of turkey, mashed cauliflower, asparagus, and a
romaine lettuce salad...for squash I will have a serving of spaghetti

squash
and for dessert allow fat ricotta cheese dish with allspice...only the
unimaginative and lazy would gloat over such a thing...or the

friendless...

I have a little request. I would like all the regulars here
to post a reply with their height and weight. Those who
do not reply will be assumed to be obese. I bet I don't
get even a handful of respondents.

According to the weight charts you're about right.
Bobsprit is a bit too heavy.
Navigator is about right, as well.
I'm right in the middle of the chart, myself.

So far, everybody else is obese . . .

Actually Cappy, I'd be happier a few pounds lighter.
