MCCM=1190?

It's sad when not even Boobspit (ho should be used to looking at roman
numerals in the copyright of movies) knows what number MCCM represents.

Cheers MC =1100 ?

Why? I either know the answer, or I don't.

I still think that the answer is 1800. Tell me why I am wrong.

Well that'll cost you. 1800 is MDCCC

That's because their algorithm is stupid. No magister would have allowed
his puella to get away with that!

1190 it certainly wasn't, and I had a feeling that 1800 was MDCCC, so I had
to check somehow. Granted, his calculator should reject it in terms of the
rules he gives, but at least he flags it as dodgy. :-)

Geez, Nav. I did it without a cheat and I came up with 2000.

MCCM

M = 1000
C = 100
CM= 900

It has to be 2000. You can't do MCC, because C followed my a M.

I think you are wrong. Prove your algorithm...

Typo alert:

It has to be 2000. You can't do MCC, because C followed *by* a M.
