Please feel free to download the PDF that lists all of the government
entities that seem to be in agreement about what is a "traditional
ferry", and what is a "Jet drive, Multihull, High Speed Ferry".

I read it, but there was no mention of speeds above 50 knots or what
constituted a low speed ferry.
Can you clear this up?
